Real support for the most sacred parts of your life
Sex Therapy, EMDR, and Couples Counseling in Texas
let’s be honest:
Your sex life isn’t what you thought
it would be.
You may have heard if you find the right person, sex will happen naturally. But what do you do when it doesn’t? What does that mean? You married your best friend and everything in the relationship works so well…EXCEPT sex…it doesn’t add up.
maybe you’re…
Struggling to connect during intimacy
Does your body seem to be disconnected from your mind? Are you “in your head” during sex or find it difficult to connect on a deeper level?
Trying to remember the last time you wanted sex
Do you “want to want” to have sex, but struggle with desire? Has it been so long that you’ve lost hope?
Wondering if there’s something physically wrong with you
Does it seem like your body is working against you? Are you worried something is broken and it can’t be fixed?

I’M Rachel.
I believe there is hope and you CAN develop the intimate relationship you desire.

EMDR is a structured therapeutic approach that helps patients briefly concentrate on traumatic memories while undergoing bilateral stimulation, usually in the form of eye movements. This process is linked to a decrease in the intensity and emotional impact of those memories. Ongoing research continues to support its use in other areas of mental health and stressful life events. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an effective therapeutic approach used in sex therapy to address past trauma, emotional wounds, and negative beliefs that impact intimacy and sexual well-being. By helping individuals reprocess distressing memories and experiences, EMDR can reduce emotional triggers, enhance self-esteem, and promote healthier, more fulfilling relationships. It is particularly beneficial for those struggling with sexual trauma, performance anxiety, or unresolved emotional blocks that hinder intimacy.
