Why Change Feels So Hard—and How We Can Make It Easier Together

What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful, collaborative process that helps you move forward with purpose. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking greater balance, exploring career goals, or simply feeling stuck, coaching offers structure, encouragement, and accountability. It's not about fixing you—it's about unlocking what's already within you.

Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and future. It’s goal-oriented and action-based, designed to help you clarify what you want and create a path to get there. You don’t need to have something “wrong” to benefit from coaching. Sometimes, all you need is a safe space to think out loud, be challenged thoughtfully, and gain momentum.

Immunity to Change.

Have you ever set a meaningful goal—something you truly cared about—only to find yourself stuck, self-sabotaging, or falling back into old patterns? You’re not alone, and it’s not a lack of willpower. It may be an internal “immunity” to change that’s quietly working against your best intentions.

The Immunity to Change process, developed by Harvard psychologists Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey, helps you uncover the hidden beliefs and assumptions that are keeping you stuck—even when you’re trying to move forward. It’s not about fixing yourself; it’s about revealing and understanding the unconscious commitments and protective systems you’ve built that may no longer serve you.

In this powerful coaching process, we’ll work together to:

  • Identify a meaningful goal that’s been hard to achieve

  • Explore the behaviors that conflict with that goal

  • Uncover the hidden commitments and beliefs that drive those behaviors

  • Test and gently challenge those beliefs so you can create real, lasting change

This work is deep, transformative, and often surprisingly liberating. It’s especially helpful for people who are highly self-aware but still find themselves repeating old patterns.

Let go of what no longer serves you

What it’s like to work with me

In our sessions together, we uncover the hidden forces blocking your growth.

Working with me is like having a supportive partner in your corner—someone who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and gently challenges you to grow. I bring curiosity, honesty, and compassion to every session, creating a space where you can show up fully—messy, motivated, uncertain, inspired—however you are.

You can expect a mix of structure and flexibility: I’ll help you clarify your goals, track your progress, and stay accountable, while also making space for reflection and unexpected insights. I won’t give you a script for your life, but I will help you uncover your own answers and take meaningful action toward what matters most to you.

My style is down-to-earth, encouraging, and real. I’m here to help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection to yourself.

You’re worth the investment.

I’m here to help with all of life’s relationships.

my guiding principles

YOU ARE THE EXPERT

You are the expert on your own life.
Coaching helps you access your own wisdom—not tell you what to do.

FACILITATING SELF AWARENESS

Sustainable change starts with self-awareness.
Lasting transformation begins by understanding the deeper patterns behind your choices.

PROGESS > PERFECTION

Progress matters more than perfection.
Coaching is about movement, not getting everything “right”—small steps count.

COURAGE AND COMPASSION

Growth requires both courage and compassion.
We’ll explore challenges with honesty, but also with kindness and care.
